Customer Success Manager

GymLeads is on a mission to make sales and marketing for the fitness industry simple, effective and powerful, and we’re looking for a new team member to help us achieve it.

This is a perfect role for someone who has spent a few years in customer support or success and is looking for the opportunity to take their skills to the next level, while making a real difference in the lives of gym owners, their team and their customers.

In this role you will

  • Become an expert in sales and marketing best practices for the fitness industry.
  • Demonstrate the capabilities of GymLeads to interested prospects.
  • Organise and run training sessions for new and existing customers.
  • Be the point of contact for customers and work to resolve any issues.
  • Be the voice of the customer, and work directly with the product team to influence the growth of the product.
  • Design and implement customer retention strategies.

You will have

  • Have at least 3 years in a technical customer support/success role.
  • A proven track record of resolving technical issues.
  • The ability to communicate effectively over chat and video conferencing.
  • A demonstrable understanding of marketing automation.
  • A proven ability to be autonomous.

It’s even better if you have

  • Experience working with small business owners.
  • Experience in the fitness industry.
  • Experience with group training.
  • Worked with marketing automation software.
