Customer Success Manager

This is a perfect role for someone who has spent a few years in customer support or success and is looking for the opportunity to take their skills to the next level, while making a real difference in the lives of gym owners, their team and their customers.
In this role you will
- Become an expert in sales and marketing best practices for the fitness industry.
- Demonstrate the capabilities of GymLeads to interested prospects.
- Organise and run training sessions for new and existing customers.
- Be the point of contact for customers and work to resolve any issues.
- Be the voice of the customer, and work directly with the product team to influence the growth of the product.
- Design and implement customer retention strategies.
You will have
- Have at least 3 years in a technical customer support/success role.
- A proven track record of resolving technical issues.
- The ability to communicate effectively over chat and video conferencing.
- A demonstrable understanding of marketing automation.
- A proven ability to be autonomous.
It’s even better if you have
- Experience working with small business owners.
- Experience in the fitness industry.
- Experience with group training.
- Worked with marketing automation software.
